Minutes after your safety briefing you’ll be out on New York Harbor with the Statue of Liberty straight ahead, close enough to pick out the torch, the crown and the folds of her copper robe.
Lady Liberty stands 305 feet from the ground to the tip of her torch. She was a gift from the people of France, dedicated in 1886, and her copper skin has weathered to the green you know today. Yes! Both our 1-hour and 2–2.5-hour tours ride right up to the Statue of Liberty. You’ll get water-level views and photo time with Lady Liberty, plus Ellis Island, the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan skyline along the way.
No. Jet skis can’t dock at Liberty Island, so you’ll see the statue from the water rather than from the island itself. Visiting the pedestal, crown or museum requires a ticket on the official Statue City Cruises ferry.
The Statue of Liberty is 305 feet, 6 inches (93 meters) tall from the ground to the tip of her torch. The copper statue itself, from heel to torch, is 151 feet, 1 inch. On a jet ski you’re looking up at her from the surface of the harbor, which is why the photos look so dramatic.
If you’re coming from New York: You can take the PATH train to Grove Street in Jersey City, then grab a quick 10-minute taxi or Uber. Alternatively, take the Liberty Landing Ferry from Brookfield Place (near the 9/11 Memorial), which costs $7 and gets you to the marina in under 15 minutes.
If you’re coming from New Jersey: We’re just a short drive or Uber ride away in Liberty State Park, with parking available on-site for your convenience.

No prior experience is required! In fact, a large percentage of our guests have never ridden a jet ski before. As long as you’re comfortable around the water, you’ll have a blast! Our guides will give you a brief orientation and provide support throughout the tour, helping you with anything you need along the way.
Yes, you can! If you’re 18 or older and feel comfortable riding solo, you’re welcome to take the jet ski by yourself. If you’d prefer to have a passenger, just choose our Tandem package. Please note, our guides will be on separate skis, so you’ll never be riding with them – they’ll be there to assist from their own jet skis!
