Not necessarily. Weather at 9 a.m. rarely tells you what 6:45 p.m. looks like. We watch conditions all day and call you as early as we can.
You may reschedule up to 48 hrs prior to your tour time. For weather, we make the call about 3 hours out, if we cancel, you choose a full refund or a reschedule. When the weather’s just imperfect, we’re flexible about moving you even inside 48 hrs. Add Trip Assurance at booking for the most freedom: cancel for a refund up to 3 days before.
No, about half our guests are first-timers. You get about 10 minutes of calm-water practice first, and with the highest guide-to-guest ratio in the harbor, we set the pace to you. Nobody with a good attitude has ever failed at it.
Drivers must be 18+ with photo ID. Kids 10+ can ride as a passenger with a parent or guardian on the same ski, seated behind the driver, never in front, for safety. Want a calmer pace for a younger rider? A private tour lets you set it yourself.
A swimsuit under comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting splashed, plus a change of clothes and a towel. We provide Coast Guard-approved life jackets. Bring sunglasses with a strap and sunscreen.
